Background

The MiniLoop® is a specially designed and patented induction loop system, shown by customer research to make conversations with hearing aid wearers (whether customers or staff) easier and more relaxed.

Combined with staff training, the MiniLoop® gives a clear demonstration of a strong customer care policy.

Installation

Installations can be carried out by our specially trained staff and normally take approximately 30 minutes per unit. The MiniLoop® box (140mm x 120mm x 25mm) is fitted underneath the counter with a single wire connection to the desktop microphone. The units can also be easily fitted by customers with a few DIY skills

Ease of Use

Plugged into a 13 amp socket, the system operates without involving staff. Hearing aid wearers seeing the sign will use the "T" switch on their aids.

Training has been shown by consumer research amongst hard of hearing customers to be as important as the MiniLoop® equipment itself. We provide specially developed staff training together with product familiarisation, through our Hearing Friendly® Training programmes. Training is provided locally on the day of installation and can also be provided to organizations on a regional basis. Programmes for training managers to cascade to staff are also available.
